The Scope of Work: Generate and pull ICRA. Set up Infection Control. Call for Fire Alarm to be placed in test/by-pass during demo phase only. Disconnect electrical. Blank off electrical Boxes. Patch Walls and Paint. Remove Microscope and place on pallet. Transport pallet for decommissioning. Remove Microscope sub-assembly. Remove Structural support. Install new acoustic ceiling. Remove all infection control. Call for EVS Terminal Clean. Close out ICRA.
